  • Monthly rent collection (online payment and direct debit option available)
  • Pay monthly bills from rental proceeds (gardener & pool services, insurance, HOA dues, bank fees etc.) 
  • Perform maintenance & repairs using Owner's Vendors or our own licensed & insured vendors*
  • Property Inspections (move-in, periodic & move-out)
  • 24 hour emergency services
  • Prepare security deposit itemization and/or refunds
  • Preparing and serving of notices (3-Day Notices, Notices of Entry, etc.)
  • Rent proceeds to owners within 5-7 business days via electronic deposit or paper check via mail.**
  • Provide monthly owner statements via online owner portal or mail
  • Provide annual financial statements


**Proceeds paid via ACH are faster, but bear a bank fee that is payable via rent proceeds prior to disbursement. ACH fees may vary and are subject to bank rates.
