Unfortunately, from time to time, eventually some tenants just don’t work out. Some lose their jobs and become unable to pay their rent, while others prove to be irresponsible and a disturbance or nuisance at a property. In the event this takes place, we can diligently begin and go through an eviction process to get your rental property ready to be leased or rented out again. The fee to go through the tedious process of evicting a tenant is typically around $300-$600 per eviction, plus any applicable court costs.
