- Syndicate Websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, LoopNet.com, and many more.
- Show property to prospective tenants by appointment with a leasing professional
- Provide weekly property activity reports
- Applicant screening and qualifying
- Credit check
- Employment/income verification
- Rental history verification
- Eviction search
- Negotiate, prepare and execute lease agreement with qualified tenants
- Collect 1st month’s rent and security deposit
- Provide keys to tenants
- Provide owner with a complete lease package (including applications)
Once the leasing process concludes, we will then turn over the management of the property to the owner. The fee for our leasing service is 50% of one month’s gross rental rate and is payable only once we have found and successfully placed a qualified tenant into your rental property.
